Latin text Domine ostende nobis Patrem, et sufficit nobis. Philippe, qui videt me, videt et Patrem meum. Tanto tempore vobiscum sum et non cognovistis me? Philippe, qui videt me, videt et Patrem meum.

German translation Herr, zeige uns den Vater, und es genügt uns. Philippus, Wer mich sieht, der sieht auch meinen Vater. So lange Zeit bin ich bei euch, und ihr habt mich nicht erkannt? Philippus, Wer mich sieht, der sieht auch meinen)Vater.

English translation Lord, shew us the Father, and it is enough for us. Philip, he that seeth me seeth my father also. Have I been so long a time with you and have you not known me? Philip, he that seeth me seeth my father also.
