German text Am abend spat beim külen wein, da sol man allzeit frölich sein mit pfeiffen und mit singen, auch ander saiten spil darbey, darzu ein junckfraw oder drey, damit man rum mög springen.

English translation Late in the evening, with a cool wine, one shall always be cheerful, piping and singing, other string-music may also be there, besides a maiden or three, that one may jump around. Translation by Gerhard Weydt
